Project Overview & Goal
In this project, my primary focus was on enhancing both the visual aesthetics and user experience of our client's app. I aimed to ensure that the app not only looks visually appealing but also aligns seamlessly with our evolving brand identity. By focusing on these aspects, the goal was to elevate the overall usability and appeal of the app, providing users with a cohesive and enjoyable experience that reflects our client's brand values and goals.
Research
Pain Points & Challenges
In the current EMB app, challenges include lack of user engagement due to absence of gamification and insufficient features, as well as the need for new functionalities. Additionally, improving the UI design is essential for enhancing user experience and ensuring better engagement. Balancing these improvements with maintaining brand consistency, addressing user resistance to interface changes, managing stakeholder expectations, and integrating new features without sacrificing app performance were critical challenges tackled in this project.

Solution & I wish, I like and What if Approach
Through "I like," "I wish," and "What if" research methods, we did a survey with 4 EMB users and based on the results, we prioritized enhancing existing features that users appreciate, aiming to maintain and improve aspects that positively contribute to their overall experience. And here's the main goals for this project based on the results.

After discussing our findings through "I like," "I wish," and "What if" research methods, we focused on enhancing existing features that users value, aiming to maintain and improve aspects that positively contribute to their overall experience. To illustrate these enhancements, we have developed UI sketches that visualize our proposed improvements and their potential impact on user interaction and satisfaction.

From initial sketches to low-fi wireframes and beyond, the journey culminated in the development of a final prototype that embodies user-centered design principles, aiming to deliver a cohesive and engaging experience that reflects the essence of the EMB brand.
