Project Overview & Goal
The primary goal of this project is to empower company administrators to create a customized evaluator survey tool that encourages employee usage and supports financial wellbeing.
The project aims to design an engaging and efficient interface for the Financial Fitness Evaluator, enhancing user experience and promoting widespread adoption. The design should simplify complex data, making it accessible and actionable, enabling organizations to identify financial stress points and implement strategies to improve employee financial health and overall productivity.

Additionally, the evaluator tool can be customized through a creation wizard, allowing administrators to build their own landing and dashboard pages once all necessary information and customizations are completed.

Persona
To ensure the design of the Financial Fitness Evaluator meets the diverse needs of its users, I developed detailed personas based on comprehensive user research below.
One persona, Emily Roberts, is a 38-year-old HR Manager at a mid-sized tech company. She seeks tools that provide clear insights into employee financial stress and offer actionable recommendations to improve wellbeing and productivity.
Another persona, John Smith, is a 28-year-old Marketing Specialist dealing with personal financial challenges. He values user-friendly tools that enhance financial literacy and provide confidential, practical guidance. These personas guided the design process, ensuring the tool is both effective and user-centric.

User Insights

Emily (HR Manager) values tools that provide clear, concise insights without requiring extensive time for data analysis. She needs a dashboard that quickly highlights key metrics and trends related to employee financial stress and productivity.
Design Implication
Create a clean, intuitive interface with easily accessible data visualizations and summary reports. Use color coding and simple graphs to highlight critical areas of concern.

John (Marketing Specialist) is looking for ways to improve his financial literacy and stability. He appreciates tools that are easy to use and offer educational resources to help him better understand and manage his finances.
Design Implication
Incorporate educational components within the tool, such as financial tips, articles, and interactive modules that can guide employees like John towards better financial decisions.

Flow Chart
I developed a detailed user flow chart to ensure a clear user experience. This flow chart outlines each step of the creation wizard process, starting from the initial sign-in to the final tool being ready for employee use. Key steps include selecting brand colors, uploading a hero banner image, choosing survey questions, reviewing customizations, and generating a personalized landing page and dashboard. Decision points are clearly marked, allowing users to easily navigate and make adjustments as needed.
This structured approach ensures that administrators can efficiently customize the tool to meet their organization's specific needs, ultimately enhancing employee engagement and financial wellbeing.

Design
Prototype - Sign In
The creation wizard page is a key feature designed to streamline the process of building a customized evaluator survey tool. This intuitive, step-by-step interface guides company administrators through the setup and personalization of their Financial Fitness Evaluator, ensuring a tailored experience that aligns with their specific brand guidelines and organizational needs.

Design
Prototype - Survey
After signing in, users can style their own evaluator tool page. On the styling page, they can choose their brand color to personalize the page according to their brand guidelines. On the content page, they can upload a company logo, a custom banner image and brand materials for the hero section. Additionally, on the survey page, an admin can select which questions will appear on the evaluator survey tool.

Once they fill out everything they need and want for their evaluation tool, the page will show up and be created like the below.

Design
Prototype - Results
The results page of the Financial Fitness Evaluator tool is designed to not only display users' financial wellness scores but also to provide them with valuable resources tailored to their needs. Based on the results of the evaluation, administrators can add specific financial resources, such as informative websites and helpful tools, that guide users toward improving their financial health.

Design
Prototype - Admin Login
Once users have finished setting up and customizing their Financial Fitness Evaluator tool using the creation wizard, they gain access to two key components: their own landing page and the admin dashboard. These features allow users to deploy the tool to employees and manage the data and insights gathered.

Design
Prototype - Customized Landing Page
The main landing page is the primary interface for employees to engage with the Financial Fitness Evaluator tool. It is designed to be intuitive, visually appealing, and reflective of the organization’s branding. This page serves as the entry point for employees to access the financial wellness survey and related resources.

Design
Prototype - Customized Admin Dashboard
Admin dashboard provides comprehensive insights and analytics about the financial wellness of employees based on the data collected from the Financial Fitness Evaluator tool. The dashboard helps administrators monitor engagement, analyze survey results, and make data-driven decisions to enhance financial wellbeing programs within the organization.
